Nothing new to report,... except that it is finally March!!! I have told Aaron for weeks now, how many more weeks we had until March, and then how many more days until March, and I told him twice today that it is March 1st (I told him early this morning before work and then emailed him at work later today to remind him that it was indeed March 1st) Can you tell we're excited?! :)
We visited family in Columbia this weekend, and have something going on every weekend in March, so time should start flying by. And hopefully, in April, the NEDC will schedule the date for our REAL transfer sometime either in their May or July cycle...we shall see what God wills!
Also, check out this link that Dr. Russell Moore (Dean of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY) wrote in response to someone asking "Is Embryo Adoption Immoral?" It was a great post - very Biblical and thorough! If someone in your circle of family or friends is confused by embryo adoption, this is a great resource to share!
I am one very excited girlie!

Yaayy for March! In answer to your question on my blog--my meds were as follows:
BCP's--$23 ea pack
Luproleide--$99 per cycle
Estrace--$145 for 60
PIO--$5.60 for 2 vials (my insurance actually helped with this one!!!) plus needles
Positive pregnancy test--priceless
Still waiting for the last item :). Last time my insurance didn't cover any of the PIO and it was many hundreds of dollars. I have the same insurance plan, so I have no idea why they are covering it now, but I won't question it!
Hope that's what you were looking for.
I am counting down the days until my transfer--just 15 left to go!
I just have to say that every time I hear of someone implying that embryo adoption is immoral or unethical or sinful. I just want to say to those people "do some research before you open your big mouth!" Haha! In all seriousness though, I am so excited for you guys!!! Love you both so much!
We are very excited for you! We will be holding our transfer off now until April, since hubby will be out of town right after...Not a good idea! I just wanted to add to Christina's FYI our meds weren't covered by insurance and Estrace was about $10 and our Progesterone was over $200. That can vary though. I heard they have a new progesterone shot now that once you're further along it lasts for one week! I'll probably go that route, but have to look into it first. It would save on a sore tooshy!Excited to follow along...
Very excited for you guys!
Thank you so much for sharing this link. I needed that! I have a family member who disagrees with this whole process so that link is great to share. Thank you!!
YAY IT'S MARCH!!!!
I loved that article by Russell Moore, time will fly now dear! You will be joining the preggo ranks before you know it!
